Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday, happy birthday .... happy birthday to you ! The little girl looked at her birthday cake with a big smile on her face, then blew out all the candles ... everyone in the room clapped and in unison greeted her with an energetic happy birthday! Well that little girl will be 45 years old on Saturday. There will be no cakes or birthday songs ... just quiet time with herself. She planned to evaluate her life and reflect on things she encountered in her life's journey. What will she do with the remaining days in her journey? At 45 what else is in store for her? In the Philippines 45 is like old, people will start calling you manang (a term for an old female) or mommy even if you're not even one. She does not have any birthday wish, one thing she learned is not to expect anything. If you don't have expectations you'll not have disappointments. Live one day at a time and live simply .... the less you have the more freedom one will have.
Well enough said for now ... oh by the way .... Happy Birthday to me :D

Medyo nalungkot ko sa post kong ito ... wala kasi kong pera eh ... birthday ko pa naman.Di bale next year bibili ko ng cake,ice cream, mga lobo, samahan ko kaya ng clown at magic show. Teka tumatanggap kaya ng 46 year old birthday celebrant sa Mcdo ... hmmmm ... hmmm ... makapag inquire nga :D
